In line with its strategic growth objectives, Vision Development Project has strengthened its capabilities through a collaboration with Al Bahr Al Arabi Group, a UK-based industrial group established in 1998 in Ajman and later relocated to Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah (UAE) in 2004. With a solid track record in the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, Al Bahr Al Arabi Group brings decades of experience in executing complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects, including oil storage terminals, distillation plants, and major industrial facilities.
This partnership combines Vision Development’s local expertise and project experience with Al Bahr Al Arabi’s global engineering and industrial know-how, creating a powerful synergy designed to meet the demands of Qatar’s evolving Oil & Gas, Power, and Desalination sectors.

Management Team
Highly skilled and experienced people are being onboard from Oil & Gas. Industry, planning to deploy around 150 personnel for the workshop and Construction works and around 120 nos. of Civil resources are already available to cater Oil & Gas upcoming Civil & Infrastructure works.
General Manager, Oil & Gas Division
Mr. Mohammed Kazim Khan, a key member of the management team, brings over 25+ years of extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector in both India and Qatar. He will oversee the overall operations of the Oil & Gas division, including new steel fabrication works and the project department, ensuring customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of projects within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, he will play a crucial role in the company's growth in Qatar, leveraging his expertise in EPIC works and cultivating a skilled team to efficiently manage various projects and services across the Oil & Gas sector. He is being instrumental in completing various EPIC projects with QatarEnergy such as CNG Bus filling stations at MIC & RLIC, DPFU Phase-1 Mechanical completion at Dukhan and have worked at Ras Laffan, Dukhan and Mesaieed and is well aware of the functional process of handling QatarEnergy projects.

He has 22 years of experience in Utility Infrastructure and Oil & Gas construction industry leads overall operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. He oversees execution, financial planning, and regulatory compliance while fostering collaboration across teams. With a strategic approach, he drives business growth, manages client relationships, and mitigates risks to uphold industry excellence. His leadership ensures sustained success in civil and infrastructure development.
