The DN099 AI Ebb and Leabaib - Package 01 scheme is located approximately within Zone 70 of Qatar Area Referencing System (QARS), approximately 11.8km North-West of the centre of Doha, on the Eastern side of Al Shamal Road. The Project covers an area of approximately 243.60 ha.

The main objective of this Project is to provide full infrastructure to the project area, including improvements of roads, surface water network, foul sewer, landscape and TSE, and other required utilities.
